OCTOBER PAINTING TO SHARE

A close friend of mine told me about a watercolor technique that creates texture, not typical when using water-based pigments. This technique requires careful application of the paint. The watercolor pigments will adhere to the surface but if you are not careful with your paint brush, the paint can be easily removed at the same time. The challenge is to keep this from happening!
